First of all, Lemonky are made by hand, which is what makes our products unique. The goods are produced all in Europe and we do not hire cheap labor. We provide excellent working conditions and we are using best quality materials, resistant for salt, chlorine or sunshine.

Production of each piece takes at least 5 days of handwork of our skillful team. Creating precise details are typical only for handicrafts, which places Lemonky in the category of authentic pieces.

Yes! We are shipping Lemonky in all Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Russia, Ukraine, Japan, UAE and Australia & New Zealand

We are offering free shipping for everyone and everywhere of these countries.

International shipments take approximately 2-4 days to ship anywhere in mentioned destinations.

Of course! Lemonky are made for swimming as well, however beautiful they are ☺ They are not damaged by salty or chlorine water. Please rinse with cold water after swimming in salty or chlorine water and make sure they got dry completely before putting them back to wardrobe. Never use dryer machine.

Yes, Out of Europe Union you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and / or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders (out of EU) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Lemons Group s.r.o. has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If you choose from section „In stock“, these products are sent right after payment. „Collections“ and „Custom made“ production take about 7-14 days depending on chosen model of Lemonky. If you choose more complicated model, we will inform you by email, how long takes the production.

We have different ways for returns, please read following instructions for our 3 sections:

1. Section „IN STOCK“ return policy:
   Lemons Group s.r.o. accept returns for store credit only in full price within 14 days since purchase. Returned goods has to be in original condition, not worn in original package. Any kind of damaging (included washed, worn or any other way used) or incomplete package or product will not be accepted.If you wish to make a return of ordered goods, please send us at to info@lemonky.com with order number in subject of the email. We will come back to you with instructions for return. Same you can find in our Store Policy

All costs for returns and new shipping costs are paid by buyer.

2. Section “COLLECTIONS” return policy:
   Please note, that we can make any kind of corrections if Lemonky does not fit you perfectly according to an individual needs. Please send us your request for corrections by email to info@lemonky.com and we will discuss with you all possible changes. Corrections are made for a fee depending on particular work range.Lemons Group s.r.o. accepts returns in full amount of the order for credit store only up to 14 days since purchase. Returned goods has to be in original condition, not worn in original package. Any kind of damaging (included washed, worn or any other way used) or incomplete package or product will not be accepted.

For making a return, please contact us by email at info@lemonky.com with order number in subject of the email. We will come back to you with instructions for return. Same you can find in our Store Policy

After receiving and checking of the returned package we will send you by email voucher with full credit of your order.

3. Section “CUSTOM MADE” return policy:
   Custom made orders are not possible to return or exchange. It is only possible to make corrections according to customers wish due to your request sent by email to info@lemonky.comPlease send us detailed information about needed corrections (ideally with photos as well) and we will be happy to discuss with you all necessary details.Corrections are made for a fee depending on particular work range.

Lemonky will gladly accept exchanges for purchases made only from section „In stock“. Other orders (from Collections and Custom made orders) are not possible to exchange.

We are not covering shipping costs for exchange, all costs regarding shipping are paid by buyer.

When choosing sizes, we use standard underwear sizes. If you are not sure about your size, check our size charts. If you have any question regarding your size or if you need a non-standard size feel free to contact us at info@lemonky.com and we will make you the product of your choice.
